Our Process

We start with a full site evaluation, then stake the layout, excavate, tie the rebar cage, and rough in the plumbing before the gunite goes on. Once the shell cures, we set waterline tile and coping, pour the deck bonded to the NEC 680.26 grid, apply the interior finish, and handle startup. We coordinate the Lee County permit and the 48-inch safety barrier throughout.
